Greg Nielson has been with Escalante Golf since they purchased the properties in 2013 from Redstone Hospitality. Greg is the General Manager for Shadow Hawk Golf Club and the Regional Vice President for Texas. Prior to his time with Escalante, He was with Redstone Hospitality where he was the General Manager of the Houstonian Club and Spa from 1994 to 2004. He transferred to the Redstone Hospitality Golf Division as the Senior Vice President of Houston Golf in 2004. He is originally from Marion, Iowa and attended college at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa graduating with Bachelor Arts Degree in Education. He is married to his wife Natalie, and he has two children Zach Nielson and Taylor Decell and two grandchildren Knox Decell and Avery Nielson, and they reside in Sugar Land, Texas.
